Level 1 (Essentials) introduces the foundations of solution-focused coaching, covering ICF core competencies, coaching conversations, and goal-setting frameworks. Level 2 (Advanced) deepens these skills with strategic coaching tools, integration practices, and mastery of complex coaching situations. Together, they form a complete ICF-accredited coach training pathway.

Level 1 is open to all, while Level 2 is best suited for those who have completed Level 1 and are ready to deepen their skills with advanced tools and practice.

In India, both Level 1 and Level 2 are delivered fully online. Each level consists of 16 live interactive online sessions, conducted by Erickson-certified faculty. The sessions are designed to provide practical coaching practice, peer learning, and mentorship in line with Erickson’s global standards.

On completing both Level 1 and Level 2, participants meet the ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) requirements and are eligible to apply for the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. This ensures global recognition of your training and coaching practice.
