As coaching’s scope expanded, it began to branch out, trying to fill the needs of various aspects of human life. From CEOs to junior-level executives, founders to established entrepreneurs; suddenly had access to coaching. From coaching a role to whole-person coaching, the word grew tremendously and incorporated many more meanings within it.
