Gaurav has a decade of rich experience in the professional services industry as a Facilitator, Coach, and Speaker, with a strong track record of building high-performing leadership teams. As a facilitator, he has been recognized for creating stimulating and interactive learning environments, encouraging participation and individual creativity. As an Executive Coach, he works to dismantle barriers which come up at the workplace for leaders and help them in fulfilling their intent. A storyteller by heart, he leverages various methodologies and technique to put his point across and create the breakthrough.
Ontology has influenced his work in a big way and he loves designing and delivering long-term interventions using visual facilitation, storytelling, and experiential learning activities.
Gaurav’s work is aligned with some of his highest values of authenticity, creativity, collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. His areas of developmental focus include Executive Coaching, Transformational Leadership, Self-mastery, Executive presence, Emotional intelligence, Personal and Interpersonal Leadership.
Gaurav has over 10 years of coaching experience with approximately 2500 hours of coaching practice with leaders from the grassroots to the C-Suite level. He has worked with leaders from the organizations like GlobalLogic, Aon Hewitt, Thomson Reuters, Sapient, HomeCredit, Sennheiser, Ford, McKinsey, Titan, Samsung, Zicom, Pernod Ricard, Coca-Cola, Airtel, to name a few. He has led few leadership development workshops in China, Indonesia, Thailand, and Turkey in the past.
He founded Inspire Coaching Systems in 2009 and started a social development initiative “iOwn” in 2016, which is a platform to connect coaches with Social Development Sector to create possibilities and transformation for the change makers and bringing coaching to the grass root level. Gaurav is also an international partner, faculty and Coach mentor to Erickson Coaching International in India.
Prior to this, Gaurav has worked with Franklin Covey as Business Manager and Facilitator and was responsible for developing business territories and facilitating various behavioral workshops for the organization. He has also worked previously with Kotak Mahindra Bank and eValueServe. Gaurav was the President of ICF Hyderabad Chapter, the only Charter Chapter, and was also on the Editorial Board of the Chapter.
The breadth of his experience also includes hosting an online talk show “Coaching Matters”, where he had the privilege of interviewing Sir John Whitmore, Janet Harvey, Sandy Vilas, to name a few. Gaurav has coached many TEDx speakers before they go, prepare and deliver their final TED talk.
Gaurav is an Engineer and a Management Graduate in Marketing. A voracious reader and love adventure sports. In his free time, he practices calligraphy, painting, and read books.

Surbhee is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation. She is an Executive and Leadership coach with close to two decades of corporate experience as a Business Leader, Facilitator, Coach, and Speaker.
After a successful career in the Banking and Telecom industry for almost a decade, Surbhee transitioned into focusing on Leadership and Talent Development across industries. Today, she concentrates on serving a wide range of clients and consults with various organizations on topics related to leadership development and performance improvement. She uses her diverse corporate experience to clearly understand a business issue, which helps leaders, adapt and align them, to achieve their goals effectively.
Surbhee is a certified coach who provides insightful coaching that enables leaders to enhance their self-awareness and have a greater impact in an increasingly globalized business environment. Her areas of developmental focus include self-mastery, transformational leadership, team integration, communication influence, executive presence, and holistic wellness.
Breadth and depth of experience is a core asset that Surbhee brings to an organization’s projects. Surbhee is a certified Reiki healer and is deeply connected to spiritualism in everyday life. Interestingly, Surbhee has been a Radio Jockey for a popular Radio Channel and voice-over artist for many years. To her near and dear ones, Surbhee is a strict disciplinarian with clear priorities defined in everyday life. She has also committed herself to help children handle ‘growing-up’ issues by deploying her coaching knowledge and skills.
Currently, at Erickson Coaching International, Surbhee heads the Client Engagement function. In this role, she mentors and motivates the Erickson graduates through their coaching journey. She facilitates the commissioning, design, and development of delivery planning of all training solutions.
She is a firm believer that every individual has the potential and capability beyond their realization and is committed to working with them to “being the best version of themselves.”
Latha is a Leadership and Executive Coach, Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner, Organization Development Consultant and a Fire-walk Instructor.
Since 1994, she has been into Channel Management for five years and the rest in the field of HR and Learning & Development (L&D), leading People Development Initiatives with Corporates, NGOs and Individuals. Involved in Organization Development Initiatives, Latha has led/facilitated several workshops using Multiple Intelligences, Experiential Learning Methodologies being a strong point since the beginning of her career, administering & interpreting various Psychometric instruments and using NLP, Hypnotherapy, Coaching and Mentoring as required to further the growth of leadership at various levels. Her expertise have been in the areas of Organization Development, Leadership Development - Understanding and Development of Self and Others, Lateral On-boarding & Transitions, Team Effectiveness, Beliefs &
Change Management and Personal Breakthrough workshops.. Outdoors and Nature are a part of her, apart from healing, music, reading and a passion for learning new things. She has trekked extensively in southern India and the mountain ranges, done skydiving, paragliding, camping and water sports. An avid rock climber, she is a National Judge for Rock & Sport Climbing Competitions certified by The International Council for Competition Climbing, Sweden; and has been the first woman to Bungee Jump in India. Being a seeker, Latha spends a lot of time in the Himalayas in quests, retreats and explorations.

Latha is an Erickwon Certified Coach. She is also certified in Applied Behavioural Sciences (Advanced Labs) and Appreciative Inquiry by Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Sciences (ISABS), part of National Training Laboratory, US. Latha is a Gestalt and Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP) Practitioner certified by Master Trainer Dr. Richard McHugh - worked with John Grinder and Richard Bandler, founders of NLP. She is an integrated Clinical Hypnotherapist (ICHt) certified by the California Hypnotherapy Institute journeying with people to look into the conscious as well as subconscious processes for growth and empowerment.
Academically, she is a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Mount Carmel Institute of Management, Bangalore, India and a Bachelor of Arts with Psychology as the field of interest.

Preeti is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation. An executive with over 18 years of diverse experience, Preeti is able to inspire leaders to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaching naturally aligns with her passion to help people develop and provides support to enhance the skills, resources and creativity that the individual already has. She challenges the assumptions and thoughts that are disabling the individual to move forward.
Having gained a professional coaching qualification, Preeti has coached and mentored across organizations in various sectors. She has refined her own unique style of authentic, results-driven coaching by using coaching methodology and robust tools like Hogan. Her coaching style is to build a strong, trusting relationship, giving honest feedback that allows an individual to maximize their potential, whilst exploring and developing their strengths. The foundations of her approach include building rapport, supporting and challenging people in an empathetic way.
Currently, at Erickson Coaching International, Preeti heads the Coaching Practice and is engaged in working with a diverse group of mission-driven organizations to support leadership development and talent planning by leveraging the power of coaching. She is working with them to define the scope of coaching engagements, how they measure and report on progress, and the credentials an organization should use to select a coach. Preeti has experience in conducting workshops on soft skills like communication, resume-writing. She also has expertise in crafting professional resumes and CVs that make individuals stand out offering a completely personalized service.
Prior to this, Preeti worked as Principal Consultant with Talent Advisory Services wherein she was focusing on building the leadership talent of the rapidly changing Social Impact sector in India. She has also served as Acting Vice President – Events & Chapter Compliance at International Institute of Business Analysis, Los Angeles, where she provided the strategic guidance and mentorship to the committee members. Breadth of her experience includes working with corporates like SAP India, BEA Systems, Computer Science Corporation (CSC) and America Online (AOL) wherein she was responsible for sales & marketing and held various project management positions in business process management services and process improvement.
Preeti strongly believes in giving back to the community and is associated with iOwn –A Social Development Initiative. She is leveraging this platform to empower and enrich change makers who work in the Social Impact space.
Preeti is a management graduate from FORE School of Management, a Certified Coach from Erickson Coaching International (Modules I – IV) and a Hogan Personality Assessor. She is also a Certified Scrum Master and is trained on Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP and Agile methodology. In her free time, Preeti enjoys spending time with her daughter, listening to music, and reading.

"Charu, is the Head-Open programs for Inspire Coaching systems, and is responsible for managing the end to end client engagement for both In-house and Open-house programs of Inspire Coaching Systems and Erickson Coaching International.
She is a MBA graduate, with a professional experience of more than a decade in the space of training & coaching. She has started her career with FranklinCovey in 2008, where she developed herself from an Individual contributor to handling a team for North region. She is a team player & a result oriented person, who believes in leading through example.
Charu joined Inspire coaching Systems in 2015, and been handling various roles of Business Development, Program Designing & Open programs. Currently she is actively involved in the In-house training customization, Program designing and Client Engagement for Erickson graduates.

Akshay has around 41 years of Life experience out of which 18 years has been in professional life. His diverse exposure in Consulting in different Industries has helped him in establishing himself as an expert in impacting the competencies of Human Resources positively. The passion for developing people made him gain expertise in designing and implementing end to end learning solutions starting with Training Need Analysis to measuring learning solution effectiveness.
Currently, Akshay is heading the Leadership Practice at Inspire Coaching Systems. His last assignment was with Centum Learning as Head of Operations for the African continent managing operations for 14 countries across Africa till March 31, 2018. Prior to Centum, Akshay was working as a Sr. Associate Vice President and handled Pan India Learning Associations (Alliances and Business development) for iCare Life, and was also heading the North and East region in India administratively.
His area of expertise is in Sales, Training, Consulting and Content Development. Akshay has managed portfolios of managing Acquisition teams and also handled service delivery across regions/countries. His key strength lies in dealing with Senior Leadership and clientele.
Akshay has conducted training for Frontline, Middle and Senior Management Levels for various corporate houses in the areas of Communication and Presentation, Selling Skills, Time Management, Service Excellence, Customer Retention and Event Management. He has developed training content for clients such as Hindustan Latex Ltd, IFFCO, Godrej, Monster, Reliance Infocomm, Airtel, Field Fresh foods, IKSL, Indus Towers, Quippo, Infratel etc. The programs have been in areas of Selling Skills, Sales Management, Channel Development and Management, Customer Care, Team Building, Leadership Development etc.
Akshay has been associated with a number of consulting assignments both independently and in collaboration with organizations such as Delhi International Airport, Bharti Infratel, Airtel, Reliance Infocomm, Maruti etc. He has been instrumental in developing a learning academy for Airtel for UP & Uttaranchal which was then replicated across the country as Airtel Sales University. The assignments have been in areas of Sales Effectiveness, Channel Development, Account Management etc.

By leveraging all the areas of expertise she guides executives to perform at their best and yet follow the mantra “Take It Easy”. She is a learned talent management professional and brings over a decade experience of handling various talent development projects. Started her career learning operations and ventured into assisting organizations to tap right potential and then preparing them for challenging positions in the organizations.
She has worked with Bechtel India, an engineer organization, overseeing their recruitments. Avantha Group gave her the opportunity to establish their power business and gradually ventured into the talent development stream to support the organization. In her last assignment she had the opportunity to work with Ministry of Information and Technology as consultant capacity building, mainly worked for the policy making initiatives.
She is a management graduate in Business Economics. At Inspire Coaching Systems she looks after the Friends Relationship management vertical. She is a certified assessor from XLRI and Certified training designer from Department of Personal and Training, Govt. of India.

Saurav joined Erickson Coaching International in 2014, and is responsible for Business Development and management of open programs. Currently, as a Senior Client Partner with Inspire Coaching Systems, Saurav works closely with many clients in identifying training requirements & thereafter working towards closing those gap areas.
